For companies that sell maintenance: from quote to invoice in one system.

A maintenance company lives on three questions: what was sold to each customer, what was done for them and what has already been billed. When each answer lives in a different tool — proposals in a word processor, work orders on paper, billing in a spreadsheet — rework piles up and margin leaks. Atus connects all three: quotes, contracts, work orders, reports and the billing close share the same customer, catalog and stock.

  • Customers with multiple sites and contacts
  • Quotes that become work orders and reserve stock
  • Per-work-order or fixed-fee contracts
  • A request portal carrying your brand
  • Your crew in the app, subcontractors on WhatsApp
  • Billing close in PDF and Excel

Customers as they really are: many sites, many contacts

Every customer has a tax ID, address, notes and as many sites as needed — each with its own address and map location. Customer contacts are registered with role, phone and email, with a primary contact.

To standardize pricing, each customer can carry a default rate for preventive, corrective, inspection and calibration work. And assets belong to the customer, so each one's equipment stays separate.

Quotes, contracts and work orders speaking the same language

Quotes are built from catalog services, fees and parts, go out as branded PDFs and expire on their own at the validity date. Once approved, they reserve parts in stock and become work orders without retyping.

Recurring customers get a contract: per work order, with the agreed price list, or a fixed fee billed each period, with the term, automatic renewal and price adjustment on record. Every work order knows whether it falls under the contract.

Customer requests arrive organized

Each customer gets a portal with your brand to submit requests with photos and track them by reference number. Your team triages them in a single queue and converts them into work orders in one click — no phone calls, no WhatsApp groups, no forgotten requests.

Your crew and subcontractors in the same flow

Your own crew uses the offline app, with photo checklists, parts, time logging and signatures. Subcontractors and freelancers who will never install an app run the same work order over WhatsApp, under the same rules.

Each technician's day is routed over real roads, with pinned stops when a customer has a set time. And a cap on open work orders per technician stops work piling up with one person.

A report that sells the next job

Every completed work order produces a PDF and Excel report with your logo and colours: customer and asset details, checklist, before and after photos, parts, services and the signatures collected — including by link, so the customer signs on their own phone. You decide whether the report shows part prices.

The month-end close comes from the work orders themselves

The close gathers work orders by period, customer, contract or ad-hoc, status and tag, with a choice of which amounts go in — services, fees, parts. It comes out as a PDF for the customer and Excel for finance, with billing statuses your company defines and a dedicated role for whoever runs accounting.

An access role for every job in the company

Technician, manager, administrator and finance each have their own role. Technicians work on the jobs assigned to them; managers dispatch, follow up and approve; finance runs the close. Every person has an active, inactive or on-leave status, and the team screen shows each technician's load and agenda.

Some decisions stay with the company: whether technicians can create work orders or customers from the app, whether the office can start or complete a job from the dashboard, and the cap on open work orders per technician.
