The medical equipment fleet organized by customer and location

Every device is registered with code, serial number, manufacturer, model and a location by site, building and floor — the way a team looks for a monitor inside a hospital. Medical equipment has its own category, and the status shows what is operational, what needs maintenance, what is out of service and what has been decommissioned.

For providers serving several hospitals and clinics, every device belongs to a customer, and every customer can have its own sites.

Preventive work and inspections without spreadsheets

Preventive plans generate each device's work order on the right date, with checklist and technician already set, and stop on their own after the number of occurrences contracted. Checklists can be hospital-specific, with required photos on critical items.

The work order records real times, photos, parts and signatures, and the report comes out as a PDF for the device's record.

Calibration with the rigour a certificate demands

The calibration module was built for clinical engineering. Standards are registered with their certificate, due date and calibrating body; point templates define tolerances, method references and required ambient conditions.

Expanded uncertainty is computed per the GUM — type A, type B and the resolution of standard and device, combined by Welch–Satterthwaite with k for 95.45% — and each point's result is shown to the technician at the device, offline included.

A certificate the hospital verifies on its own

The certificate is issued from a frozen copy of the data, with a printed SHA-256 hash and a PAdES digital signature from the platform. Through the QR code, whoever receives the document opens the public validation page and checks the issuer, device, date, hashes and signature details.

The certificate freezes participant evidence — who opened, performed, reviewed and signed, and through which channel — and every write to a calibration records the prior state. For labs following the ISO/IEC 17025 clause 7.8.8 amendment path, post-completion correction can be enabled, always preserving what was issued.

Manuals, reports and certificates with deadlines

In document governance, each document is linked to the device and the customer, with an expiry date applied automatically and read and write permissions per user or role. Calibration standards also carry their own due date.

Built for where the signal does not reach

Basements, operating theatres, shielded rooms: the app works offline, with calibration sheets, checklists and signatures kept on the device until the connection returns. And the department head's signature can be collected by a link on their own phone, without taking the technician's device.

From work order to certificate, step by step

The work order is opened for the device and flagged as a calibration, with the right point template. On site, the technician records the ambient conditions and each point's readings, and sees each point's result and uncertainty immediately, computed on the device.

Once the sheet is concluded — pass, fail or conditional — the work order is completed and the certificate is generated automatically, with the digital signature applied right after. Technician and manager follow the certificate's status in the app and the dashboard, and the hospital receives a document it can verify on its own through the QR code.
